The Resource Group are a dedicated team supplying trades and professionals to the construction sector throughout the U.K. and Ireland. We specialize in providing skilled people for a variety of jobs in construction. We can source plumbers, electricians, site engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and HVAC professionals.
The success of any project is dependent on the quality of the professionals involved in delivering it. We know this so, which is why we explore sources of labor across the globe. We work with E.U. citizens as well as non E.U. nationals. Each candidate and each job is different so we take a personal approach to every placement.

Types of trades we source and supply

As well as providing skilled trades we also source and supply general operatives, from labourers to traffic management to cleaners and machine operators.

Head of operations
Patrick is a construction professional with international experience. Having worked in Europe, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, Patrick brings a raft of skills and experience to the team. Having managed large projects and teams, he’s acutely aware of the characteristics of a trade professional.
Head of sourcing
Kieran has a background in marketing and administration combined with experience working in the construction sector in Ireland, U.K. and Australia. Kieran brings a personal touch to the labor supply business ensuring every candidate is a good fit for every job, and vice versa.
Contracts manager
John is veteran of the telecoms industry with decades of experience working for some of Ireland's largest contractors and sub contractors. John brings with him invaluable experience both managing large teams as well as multi-million Euro contracts.
Admin and HR manager
With a background as a quantity surveyor, Olya now utilises her personal skills to look after the admin and human resource side of the business. Being fluent in English, Russian and Romanian, Olya takes care of the workers on contract as well as the tasks like payroll, contracts, and much more.
The Resource Group are a driven team, based in Ireland and the UK, focused on two things: providing candidates for vacant jobs and providing jobs for people looking for work. We focus on the construction sector in the UK and Ireland.
